In all cases, BingoFun5's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of BingoFun5 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law, or referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.
